  In general, I didn't need to contact them much during my immigrant process. They sent me questionnaire each time I need to file a form to USICS and it processed smoothly. There was few times I contacted the attorney but couldn't get the response right away or just a general answer so minus 1 star. But anyway, I got approved so I know they did a good job.

  They approved GC for my mom, bur refused for my dad, Mr. Ramineni's team did a top job in appealing the decision and getting it approved for my dad. His team was very diligent in turning the paperwork around in under 3 days, that's super fast. Due to COVID, it took a long time but finally it got approved. I am very thankful to them, they know their job and are experts at it. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you!
