Company does not want to pick up their phone I've been calling for two weeks only to be "transferred" and hung up on for hours on end a day. Pretty sad experience now seeing other have been sued after payment.

If you are being sued by this firm, make sure to keep on paper trials of communications as well as agreements, because they will not update your status, let alone respond to dozens of emails, voice mails, or phone calls (if you get them on the line, good luck, they'll hang up shortly after asking for your file number)

I paid this firm $11,200 in good faith, only for them to turn around and sue me for the exact same amount after full payment was made. This is not just unprofessional — it's fraudulent and completely unethical. The entire experience was a nightmare. Their staff is rude, disorganized, and unresponsive. They constantly gave me the runaround, failed to deliver on basic promises, and showed zero accountability for their actions. There was no transparency, no follow-through, and no sense of integrity. Every time I tried to get answers, I was either ignored or met with excuses. Instead of resolving the issue like a reputable business, they chose to take legal action for money they already received. It honestly felt like I was being scammed from day one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They are horrible to work with, completely untrustworthy, and in my opinion, operate like a fraud ring disguised as a legitimate business. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Fidencio Silva at Rauschsturm is the person to speak to. He was able to lower the amount I owed and extend the payments to make it easier for me to pay off the debt I owed.

I was so frustrated calling this place over and over because the people working there do not know how to transfer a call!! HR needs to do a better joh at hiring staff! Once I finally got through to Sarah everything was so much better. I explained my situation and see if I could set up arrangements a certain way. Unfortunately I couldn't set it up to start payment at the time I wanted to but Sarah informed me of a way that would still be beneficial for me, especially with everything I already have going on in my life. I am so grateful I finally found someone competent enough to transfer a call and that Sarah was who helped me!!! She really made me feel that she cared and was there to help me and not to add more stress to my already hectic life.

I'd give negative stars if I could. They don't deserve even one. Spent an entire day attempting to resolve and pay a judgment account in good faith and was met with endless transfers, unreturned calls, inaccessible departments, inconsistent information, and a payment portal that went down for weekend maintenance right when I was finally ready to make payment. I understand companies have procedures, but there should be a reliable way for people to actually resolve accounts when they are actively trying to do so. The communication and accessibility issues made an already stressful situation far more difficult than it needed to be.

I've paid off our "debt" that we are investigating as identity theft but cannot get them to even give us proof of the debt we paid off.( a credit card statement) . I emailed for three weeks with no response and spoke to many reps who said they would call me back or email me , NOTHING. So I pretty much paid off an unknown debt of 3k, which in this economy is such a punch in the gut! We would have paid a lawyer but it was more to have them investigate this than to pay it . I feel so defeated . 😞
