  Mr. Kaminsky and John Brewster did an excellent job with a situation that I was completely overwhelmed with. They were always there to answer questions and keep me calm I appreciate these guys soooo much and will be forever thankful and grateful, it couldn't have turned out any better for me and my family. I do not know what I would have done without them. I truly couldn't recommend anyone better than these guys.

  John Brewster is efficient and effective. We needed legal help with a defamation and libel issue and John was able to resolve it for us very quickly. He listened to our issue and knew exactly how to help us. I hope to never need legal services again but if so, I will be calling John. Highly recommend.

  I requested services for a guardian ship case concerning my dad. After 5 months I canceled my commitment with the firm. I was charged over $8000 and never went to court with my lawyer. I don't want to think about my cost would we have actually made it to court. My experience wasn't great and I feel I was over billed for the services I received. Some advice would be to call your local court house and navigate this process on your own. It can be done.

  Mark Kelly , Esquire came highly recommended from two additional lawyers prior to speaking to him. I was forced to do a over the phone telephone call after making arrangements for an in-person consultation and taking an entire day off and making travel arrangements from out of state. Upon the completion of my consultation I was told that he could not help me not because he didn't want to but because he didn't have the bandwidth. Why would he take a consultation if he wasn't prepared to and investigate the situation. I've done all the recommended things and he is only concerned about how much money you can spend on him I don't recommend this lawyer unless you are ready to drop a lot of money and him to focus only on money that seems to be his entire focus is how much money he can get out of you and if you have enough to get out of. I was recommended to another lawyer by his office and I was spelling it wrong when I called back in I was promptly met with no one here can help you. Update: so my original review was right and all the advice given me was rejected. In every aspect. Mr Kelly and poasible the entire lawful needs to be more mindful of probate law. I hate wasting money and time.

  Cannot recommend John J. Brewster enough. He was so kind and compassionate throughout this whole process. When my father decided to sue me for land my grandfather had willed to me almost 25 years ago. His knowledge of the law was amazing, if he didn't know something on hand he made sure to research it. His knowledge of the case law is what won our case. John eased my nerves every step of the way. He was always a phone call/ email away. Always made sure you answer all my questions, even if some of them were dumb. I can't recommend him enough. If you have any need for a Real estate, property lawyer, even estate planning. Don't hesitate to call him.
