RI Condo Law

RI Condo Law is the practice of Raymond Harrison, Esq., who has concentrated exclusively on Rhode Island Condominium Association Law since 1985. He represents Rhode Island Condominium Associations, working with Executive Board members and their property managers to address and prevent legal issues. Mr. Harrison began practicing law in Rhode Island in October 1985, having earned his law degree from Suffolk University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Harrison has been involved in shaping Rhode Island condominium legislation. He assisted in writing key condo laws, including the condominium lien foreclosure state law in 1991 and subsequent laws to include attorney fees and costs in association liens. He also founded the Smithfield Condominium Association in 1987 and the Rhode Island Condominium Association Inc. in 1993, advocating for condominium communities at municipal and state levels.
