  I am very thankful that my sister referred me to Erick Navas to find a solution to my immigration case that was taking so much time...did I said so much time....I meant years!!!!!   I was referred to Rivera Law Offices by a friend who's case was also a success. My family's immigration case just got an approved visa thanks to the thorough work and expert due diligence from the whole team at Rivera Law Offices, but in particular thanks to the outstanding work from Erick Navas, Rico Ortega and attorney Hector Rivera. We know that immigration cases can be complicated and take a long time to resolve, which are things that are outside the attorney's control. We couldn't afford to spend so much time and effort, just to be denied because something was not filled out properly, or because a document was missing.   We are very grateful for Rivera Gainza Law Firm. Mr. Nava and Mr. Gainza were wonderful and I'm sure will continue to be as we move forward. We also really loved Mildred, who was kind and helpful from day one. This is an ever-changing, complicated, and expensive process and I'm grateful we have Rivera Gainza to help us navigate it. I will say be prepared to do a lot of paperwork and gathering of paperwork and request things as soon as you know you need them, because some things (like certified birth certificates from other countries) can take time to obtain.
