If you need a debit collected these are certainly the people who you want on your side. If you're trying to skip out on a debt and these people get ahold of it. Forget running and just pay the debt because they're not going to quit until they get their clients money back. They are certainly some of the best at what they do.

HAD NO IDEA THE CASE EVEN EXISTED! AND I WAS EASY TO FIND! Didn't try to actually locate me. Just some generic stuff and then notified by publication. This is, by far the dirtiest, I've been done. If there is a class action lawsuit I would be interested as well.

This afternoon, my daughter contacted me about her bank card not working. Upon logging in and contacting bank, I have a garnishment on my accounts. How odd because I follow the Dave Ramsey method and currently have NO DEBT. My emergency fund (6 months worth of expenses), my daily spending, my daughter's money, my holiday funds, all of it gone. I told my bank "surely this must be some kind of hack". They dug deeper to find that this law firm put a garnishment on my accounts. Tried calling, sat on hold. Called front desk to try to explain and no one would listen to me. I've called my attorney to do a quick search on any filings in my or my daughter's name (she's 17). Surprise, surprise no filings. Since I own my business, I immediately stopped our direct deposits. I reconcile my accounts monthly, very meticulous on anything financial and have never been sent a collections agency in my life. This is something I simply cannot fathom or could have dreamed of in a month full of Sundays. Complete and utter disgrace.

This place is a joke Noone will answer the phone. All they do is put you on hold and hang up. I've called 28 times in the past 3 weeks managed to get 2 receptionist for about 14 minutes in those 28 calls and it seemed all the did was transfer between each other. Now this morning I was told to call back at 12:35pm and hit star to speak with a Shaun only to be met with no ring straight to voicmail and it hangs up. I have no idea if this company is even real.

When you press * and talk to someone... they are extremely rude. How can I tell you I got a new job if I can't get ahold of anyone. Im sorry my breaks are only 15 minutes and I can't get off of hold to tell anyone. Yet. It'll be my fault if I dont call. Good ridden. Tell your receptionist to be nicer. You want my money or not.
