I was given a ticket for having my phone in my hand. I reached out to Mr Rush to see if he could help me with this ticket, he responded immediately, letting me know he would speak with the judge to see what could be done. I was assigned Mr Rush as a public defender on a case in New Albany, while dealing with that case I had some driving cases that were pending actually quite a few, I hired Mr Rush as a paid attorney and I could not be any more pleased with the outcome. He would always answer my emails it didn't matter if it was 8:00 at night his office staff Dana was very easy to communicate with as well he got my driver's license back for me and got numerous driving while suspended cases dismissed. His also very easy to work for as far as payments and his fees are concerned. Hopefully I never need another criminal lawyer but if I do Mr Rush will be my guy.
