This guy is a horrible person and I would not recommend him to anyone. I was sleeping in my car on the side of the street parked in a parking spot. Knock, knock, "what is it" I said. Oh the radio is on..... I had no intention of driving anywhere. He made me plead guilty and the judge looked very surprised. My father was there and also saw the reaction of the judge. He was not happy with this lawyer I spent $5,000 on. Thanks a lot smart guy. Just another bad lawyer who thinks he knows everything.

Unfortunately I did not realize how little this lawyer does for your for 7500.00. When I went to court, I was unprepared and the representing attorney never reached out to me before going in. Even the Judge questioned the representing attorney if "she not Ryan" had briefed me before the hearing. The initial consultation went well and I was confident in hiring attorney Russman. The only contact I got from the attorney after giving them 7500.00 was him reading me a pre-drafted script 2 days before he had to answer on the case. Spoke with 2 other attorneys after this happened and basically anyone could have represented and done what he did and much cheaper. If Attorney Russman would have just followed through with the police dept on what I was telling him, I'm confident he could have helped me get out of the charge. He did not bother as he was too busy to care. If you have time to search out other lawyers, I would highly recommend you do so. I met 2 former NH State police officers who both told me they wish they talked to me before hiring "Ryan" as they called him, not Attorney Russman!

I got arrested for dui and when I walked into the courtroom he wad shooting the shit with the prosecuted and didn't even give me the time of day until he told me to plead guilty ! In the police report she had to mention that I had an acdc shirt on which I thought was discriminating evidence but he said I had no case ! So beware ! He is not for you !

Attorney Russman was all we could have hoped for and more. Our 16 year-old son got pulled over and arrested under suspicion of OUI in September of 2024. In the moment, this was very traumatic. We were so lucky to have found Attorney Russman to guide us through this whole process. I think our case was a bit unique because for several reasons our hearing continued to get delayed for many reasons including the DA's health and then the health of the arresting officer. Throughout, Attorney Russman was confident, provided excellent counsel and continued to explain that he felt there were several holes in the case. As a direct result of Attorney Russman's counsel and negotiation, our son never lost his license and the case was dropped by the DA. Without his expert knowledge and guidance I can't even imagine the difficulties my son would now be facing as he applies and heads off to college this coming fall. That stain on his record and having to answer in the affirmative if he had ever been convicted of a crime is no longer hanging over his head. He has learned from the situation and now takes the next steps toward adulthood with a clean slate. Attorney Russman's work has wiped away months of stress and given our son a future he would not have had otherwise. Thank you for all that you have done for our son and family.
