After a major storm hit Oklahoma on April 19, 2023, our home had significant damage and our insurance denied the claim. We initially contacted Susan Kane, who recognized that it would it would benefit us to involve her husband, Matt Kane with Ryan Whaley. They stayed committed for nearly three years and ultimately secured a wonderful settlement for us. They were always responsive, easy to work with, and never made me feel like a burden when I had questions. What truly set them apart was their compassion. When my husband was in the hospital, they personally brought the checks so he could sign them on the last day he was able. They also helped me complete and notarize power of attorney paperwork and even gave me a ride home since I can't drive due to epilepsy. I always felt like Matt truly cared about us as people. I highly recommend this firm.
