Sanchez Garrison & Associates work miracles! After two decades of fighting to save our family home, hiring this amazing team in 2023 I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and it changed my life. Through their wisdom, knowledge and dedication on April 15, 2026 all their work paid off. We received a notice from my mortgage servicer informing us that I was approved for a Lien Reduction of over $426,000. My new interest rate at a 2% made my payments manageable and the Chapter 13 bankruptcy is being closed!!! I love them like family and will keep their card close to my heart.
