I am shocked how extremely unprofessional "Angela" is at this law firm! Extremely rude when I called to ask questions about documentation I received in the mail from this office! There is absolutely no reason to talk or treat people in the manner she did... can only imagine what the rest of the staff and office is like! Unreal!

I am very appreciative of the way Jeanette McPherson and her paralegal Angela worked with me to address a difficult situation. Both of them put me at ease right away and created a workable plan that enabled me to resolve my issues. Jeanette was very knowledgeable, was willing to explain how the process works, was patient and was very nice to talk to. Angela was always able to calm my fears the few times Jeanette was not available for an immediate response. I feel confident in working with this firm and being able to attain a successful resolution.
