Charles Serfaty and his staff was amazing ! With my first home purchase I was able to close in less that 15 days. The staff was very professional and always available to answer all my questions. The closing process was so easy by the end of the transaction I felt like a Real Estate Expert !

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Completely incompetent firm. Our closing was delayed due to the paralegal's lack of knowledge and constant mistakes. From the very beginning, it was one error after another. What should have been a happy, exciting day turned into frustration and helplessness. I strongly advise not to use this firm for any real estate transaction.

Being French and living in Miami, and not fully comfortable with English, I reached out to this French-speaking law firm seeking a paid consultation after losing my car when a tree fell on it. I was going through a very difficult time and simply needed guidance. I was not expecting free help, only the courtesy of a response. What hurt the most was not being told no, it was receiving no response at all. A simple we are not able to assist you would have shown both professionalism and basic human consideration.
