  Excellent experience -- would certainly recommend Sethi and Mazaheri to anyone. I hired this firm based on their reputation in my industry (music composition) and their success rate in obtaining permanent residencies for many in my field. Mr. Abachi, an attorney in this law firm, helped with my EB-1 application. He knew all the details of the process and carefully walked me through the steps from the beginning to the end. In fact, if you look at the reviews on their website, you will see that their knowledge on immigration matters is incredible. Also, he was able to do the bulk of the communication via email which was very important for me. He responded to all my emails promptly, often within a few hours. He provided reminders for each appointment. Finally, he got my EB-1 application approved way sooner than I expected and without an RFE. I will definitely recommend him to my other composer friends.

  Sethi & Mazaheri worked with me on my O1 ("Alien of Extraordinary Ability") Visa application. Shervin Abachi and Sanjay Sethi were the attorneys assigned to my case. I had reached out to them very late in the day—my earlier visa was two months away from expiry—but they still agreed to give it a shot. And indeed, I was awarded an O1 within that tight window, which meant I didn't have to leave the United States, as I have feared. Even though our immigration case took longer than expected, but they were extremely helpful to follow up on our case with senate congress to expedite our application.
