  As far as being responsive she's okay. Just beware she's quick to pressure you to take a plea. I'd never been in trouble with the law, had a great job just made a mistake: She talked me into a plea now I'm a felon. I spoke with another lawyer later and told him everything that happened he said without a doubt I should have taken it to trial. She's a newer lawyer and wants to clique in good with the commonwealth. More plea deals = more money for the state. Very disappointed with her service.

I could count on Jessica to return my calls and e-mails in a timely manner. Although, she has a very busy law firm I always felt I had her full attention. I never felt rushed or less than important with my case. Each month I received a detailed e-mail of my account showing exactly how much work had gone into my case throughout the month.
