  I met Matthew Guadagno in 2016 for a consultation for a close family member who was classified as an aggravated felon. I met with Mr. Guadagno after consulting with several other criminal immigration attorney. I recall during our first meeting, Mr. Guadagno presented me with a legal strategy that no one else had. It was going to be the only relief that was possible for my family member. The proposed solution was incredibly creative and required a deep understanding of the not only criminal immigration law, but also the interplay with federal criminal law.
