Not even a one-star rating for this so-called attorney Stanley Smotritsky. He does not provide accurate information about your rights or ask relevant questions to prepare for assistance with an immigration case. He only collects the money, and worse, if you are Hispanic, he will deceive you by charging you upfront without providing any resolution, advice, or preparation for your case. Very unprofessional experience.

The worst lawyers in New Jersey… Thank God I didn't give them all the money — they are negligent and rude to people who don't have documents. The secretary is rude, and the attorney is the rudest person in the world. IMPORTANT NOTE: Don't file citizenship applications with these people either. La peor es la de Newark sede

0/5. Extremely unprofessional office. I did a Paid Consultation with them on my brother's immigration case which had an upcoming submission deadline in one month. Post which I wanted to retain the firm. I was told to come on a scheduled day & time to sign the retainer and while being on the way I was told it won't be possible that day as the lawyer isn't there. I then scheduled to come in the next day and was made to wait 50 minutes with no information on when the lawyer would become available. Upon asking the receptionist how much longer -she would be annoyed as if she's got all of NYC's responsibilities on her. This was on a scheduled time. Twice. Highly unprofessional. 0/5 review.
