If I could write them less than one star I would They've taken my review down once now and I will keep rewriting it. Rick Should've retired years ago, nothing but lies and disappointment you will become just another number that they will lose. With no thanks to them or any help I will win my case now! If you live in this area please do yourself a favor and do your research do not hire this firm! Other firms will actually help you and walk you through the paperwork they just hand you packets and say good luck. What a waste of 4 years…..but I did win my case without any help from them!

Rick Spencer and his staff are just awesome. They have worked since 2018 to get my son SSI. He even took it to the western District of Arkansas and they denied it and we had to start all over from scratch. They finally approved him this year after all this time, and it is all due to Rick Spencer and his staff. He is an awesome attorney and I recommend him for anybody that is trying to get disability. He will work hard for you.

Waste of time and he received 5k of my husbands settlement and all he did was send a letter stating he was representing my husband! My husband was approved bc I reached out to our congressman and within 2 weeks he had an approval letter. This attorney did absolutely nothing! He draws everything out to get his max money! Again he did nothing for us except a consultation, we paid him $150 and he sent a letter to SSA stating he was representing us and that is all. He has not even reached out since the congressman got us the settlement! If there was a way to sue this law firm for our $5k I would!
