Sussman Law, PLLC was founded by Rob Sussman, Esq., focusing on federal and state criminal litigation and family law. The firm handles a broad range of criminal defense matters, with Attorney Sussman having served as lead counsel in over sixty jury trials. He currently holds one of eight serious felony contracts with the Vermont Office of the Defender General, where he has led some of the state's most publicized cases.

Rob Sussman has practiced law since 1990, including periods in Miami, Florida, and Washington, D.C., before practicing in Vermont since 2007. He has litigated cases in every county in the state and appealed multiple cases to the Vermont Supreme Court.

Attorney Sussman is a graduate of Amherst College and the University of Michigan Law School. He has served as an adjunct law professor and is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
