  Don't waste your time or money here. They litigated me out of $10k in over a year when another lawyer in Idaho Falls (Kris Meek) settled my case and I had full custody of my son in 2 months! Do not waste your time with Swaford Law!!

  Ron and Twinkle treated me like family. Went thru a horrible divorce and injury case and they and their staff held my hand thru it all. Don't know what I would have done without them. Highly recommend them.

  If I could put a zero star I would for the law office! If you are wanting a great lawyer that will be an advocate for you STAY AWAY FROM SWAFFORD LAW!!!! not only do they not care about the HIPPA laws that protect you, they don't care about being your advocate, and have no care of keeping you updated on your case (communication absolutely sucks) or even winning your case. They are there to collect money and nothing else! We have been trying to get stuff resolved with this law firm since 2017 and never once have we heard back! This is one of the worst law offices in Idaho falls and I would recommend staying AWAY FROM SWAFFORD LAW!!!!

  I would rate less if I could but alas I cannot. I hired Trevor Castelton over a year ago and have yet to receive the monthly statements as promised in the contract. I got nowhere working with Shiibhan and Trevor so Twinkie stepped in. I have called, emailed, and been in person to the office regarding my case and their blatant breach of contract. My case was a default divorce, but even being a default it was not done properly. This lack of attention resulted l in the need for a modification sent to the courts after the initial filing. At this point I should have a refund of money as not all 3k should have been used but they refuse to return calls or emails.

  Not only did the lawyer not represent us like he should have, but I've been trying to get something resolved with them for at least 5 months and have yet to have a call back. I've called at least once a week and am constantly told Twinkie will call you back.....yet it has never happened. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend this place to anybody!
