  The paralegal, Solomia, was professional, responsive, and did a good job throughout my case. Unfortunately, after my initial consultation, I never had any direct communication with Tatiana Aristova during the next two years. She never contacted me to discuss my case or provide updates. Everything was handled by the paralegal. I ended up doing my own research and learned about options such as contacting my congressional office, requesting Ombudsman assistance, filing USCIS inquiries, requesting expedited processing based on financial hardship, filing a FOIA request, and eventually considering a writ of mandamus. In the end, I had to hire a different attorney and pay additional legal fees to continue my case. I expected much more involvement and guidance from the attorney Edit: After posting this review, I received an email from the attorney threatening legal action and demanding that I remove my review within 24 hours. I am updating my review to reflect that this happened. My review is based on my personal experience with the firm's representation and my honest opinions about the services I received.

  I came to the U.S. through U4U in August 2022, and honestly, I had no idea what my future would look like. Two months later, in October 2022, I started my EB-3 process with this law firm. Fast forward to today… my Green Card is on my desk. 🥹 Still feels unreal.
