This place has been great! I got basically the same glasses (just different strength) as I did last year at an eye care place in Flowood. The one in Flowood charged me WAAAAAY more money and I have the same vision benefits as I did last year. And Taylor gives you 45 days to get adjusted to you new glasses in case you need them redone. The one in Flowood only gave 2 weeks. Once I figured out they weren't going to work I had would have to pay all out of pocket since I had already used my benefits for the year. Not at Taylor! I had 45 days and my change included an upgrade to progressive lenses from single vision…no charge. The Flowood place chargers me over $100 extra for progressives! I highly recommend Taylor!

Had a similar experience to some of the others. Order frames with a new prescription lens but somehow they got confused when I order and left the new prescription that I needed new lens and frames. I was told it would take a week, after 9 days I called and they confirmed both the lenses and frames were in but hadn't been put together and they would call when they were ready. I called back a few days later and was then told the lenses had never been ordered. We used them years ago and stopped due to rude employees, decided to give them another chance and this was our experience, MUCH better places in town.

I went to Taylor Eye Care when I still lived in Brandon years ago. They were always so kind and helpful. It has been about 8 years roughly and I called to get my records transferred. The girl who answered the phone was super sweet and did a wonderful job helping me. I couldn't hear what she said her name is, but she ended the call with have a blessed day and I just loved that. Thank y'all!

Some of the office ladies are really nice, and so is dr. Taylor. However, i need glasses specially ordered due to my rx being so ridiculously high that i have to be VERY careful where i order them. And i would never recommend getting glasses through taylor eye care. Every single week i have shown up or called without fail and been told there's a delay or flat out lied to on when my glasses will be in or shipped. It's been about six or so weeks since the order was placed. The lab they work through is also incompetent--they stopped working on my pair entirely for two weeks bc no one told me you can't put blue light filtering on high index lenses (which i still have not received the refund for), and NOW they're delayed bc the rx is so high. I leave the state for the foreseeable future next week and still do not have my glasses. They were supposed to be rushed out three weeks ago. Update: It's june 4th and i have moved out of state and my glasses still have not even shipped. update: got my glasses a couple days after that update. they were wrong so i had to mail them back to brandon! no new glasses for me :(

I recently made an appointment with Taylor Eye Care. I checked the reviews before I went. It gave me an idea of what I MIGHT be walking into. I have to say that all of the negative ones were quite misleading. My experience with this facility was amazing. Not only was EVERY staff member kind and considerate, but Dr Taylor was not only thorough, but quite accommodating. I don't know why some of the reviews indicated they were racially biased when the have both white and African American on their staff. I witnessed an African American patient being treated the same as myself. I don't know why some would state they had a bad experience there unless they themselves were looking for something that was not available at this facility. I just want the next new patient Ty know this clinic is a great place to go.

My appointment was with Dr. Beatty, he was friendly, informative, and very thorough. I will continue my eye care with Taylor Eye Care! Professional and friendly staff as well.

This has been a nightmare!!! Made my appointment 6 months in advance to be sure I could get in on my vacation week. They called me an hour before my appointment and told me the doctor could not see me at my 10am appointment but could see me after lunch. I already had other appointments and was not able to go. My insurance was ending in 30 days and they claimed they couldn't get me in any earlier than 6 weeks . After I told them in no uncertain terms this was unacceptable they magically found an opening for 3 weeks later. During that appointment they put drops in my eyes that burned my eyes terribly. I had very bad pain for 3 weeks. I called and left a message about the issue a couple days after the appointment but never got a call back. I FINALLY get my glasses in today and the prescription was so very WRONG. The lenses looked like coke bottle glass they were so thick. Nowhere near being remotely correct. . Now I have to wait anotjwr month for my glasses and I needed them so badly. We used them Last year and everything was great but I have noticed the reviews this past year have been going down down down. This will be our last time going here. My whole family of 4 uses them but no more!

I saw Dr. Beatty at Taylor Eye Care in Brandon MS for my yearly eye exam recently. He is genuinely courteous and thorough. He didn't rush and answered all my concerns. I honestly can say he just might be the kindest Dr I've ever seen!
