I found this attorney to be surprisingly wonderful. I am blind and he and his staff went out of their way to help me. I especially appreciate the patients they displayed. They took the fear out of this procedure. I also found him to be honest, very concerned about my welfare and very knowledgeable as well as professional in every way. This firm is and has materially and substantially improved the lives of two beloved, life long friends of mine. My wife and I had to file due to overwhelming medical bills with our special needs daughter. That filing was with a completely diff company that no longer exists, and for good reason, they didn't care. After two years of struggling to even make that payment, and get our daughter the care she needed, we were told to talk to David Gunn at TBC, thank goodness we did. He took one look at our situation, and told us we were paying double what we should be based on all factors. With in 3 months we had a new plan and a new filing, and it was half as much per month. We had become so used to no one helping us through our situation that we were shocked when someone not only said they could, but they did, and in a big way. Rachelle and David are absolutely amazing, and really do care about us. Case in point, the day we were at the court we had to take our newborn son with us, David made sure that we were the first to see the court judge that day so we didn't have to wait with our son. It's the little things like that, that matter. If you have to go down this path, as we did, and make this tough decision, it's good to have David on your side to guide you, he will be honest, but also caring.
