Atty Thompson is great, very professional. He just needs new staff! Maria and Ana H. were very unprofressional and rude throughout entire case, they wouldn't return calls/texts/emails or relay messages to the attorney. The communication was just not there at all. Today I was left waiting for over 10 minutes at the front window. Maria looked twice over at me and continued working. I decided to sit down and call to let them know I was there since they couldn't acknowledge me before. She came out and tried to say she didn't see me before, then said she thought I was with another group (there was no one else in the lobby but myself the whole time I was there). When I called her out on her excuses and said she saw me and that she was just being rude, she said I was rude too. Don't be upset because you got called out for being a rude employee and just do your job going forward. I would advise to avoid this Waterbury office altogether and go to the other location because the staff is unprofessional and unreliable. The only one really working there is Atty Thompson.

I can't thank Ana Fidalgo and Ana Hernandez enough for everything they did for me throughout this long case. Ana Fidalgo truly did her best from start to finish and took her time to make sure we got the best outcome possible. She was always honest with me about both positives and negatives & never told me what I wanted to hear just to make me feel better. She was realistic and very straightforward. Ana Hernandez was also amazing. She always stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date on everything that was going on. Anytime I had a question or needed information she was there to help, if she did not have the answer she made sure to get back to me when she could with the answer. I'm extremely grateful for everything they did for me and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares and works hard for their clients.
