  I hired Attorney Burns to assist me with a trailer rental facility pursuing me for damages. I was referred to Burns & Jain by a family member. Attorney Burns sent a letter to the other party disputing the damages and asserting claims against them. As a result, the other party did not pursue their claims against me.   I want to leave a 5-star review for the law firm of Burns and Jain after an excellent experience I had working with them on a recent successful bankruptcy process. I decided to enter into bankruptcy after years of trying unsuccessfully to catch up with consumer debt incurred during the Covide years, when I was not able to work. I had previously entered a debt reduction program, but I wasn't making sufficient progress and I felt like I was stuck under water. The stress of dealing with creditors was intense (threatened lawsuits, etc) and I knew I needed to change course. I spoke to 3-4 potential law firms that I found online and, without doubt, I had the most confidence in the professional support I would get from Burns and Jain after exploring its website.
