Joey Randall took my husband's case about 4 years ago, our experience with this office was great, they helped my husband become a US Resident, Thanks to their hardwork and dedication.

I'd give no stars but Google won't allow it. Extremely unprofessional, do not want to do the work you paid them to do, they just want to take your money. Calls not returned, emails ignored, constant cancellations of appointments. Staff are rude and make you feel like you are a burden and are annoying them. If you are looking for professionalism please look elsewhere, dont waste your time or money. Some of the 5 stars given have been placed there by people who work there.👎Cuidate 🙏 UPDATE; I've finally had a response from this poor excuse for an immigration attorney. I have no idea who or what you are talking about as that was not my case. You are confusing me with obviously another client who was not satisfied. Before you respond you should not assume who you are responding to 😒 I suggest going forward to start treating your clients with respect and doing the job they paid you to do if you want better reviews. I will not reveal myself as I'll get more excuses and more lies. Nunca mas.

He lost our case!!!!!!!! I probably should of paid more attention to the reviews. This place is by far the most unprofessional attorneys office I have ever came across. The lack of communication is horrific. It's been over a year for a renewal to be done due to a mistake by USICS due to covid something he said would take maybe 2 months. It's been OVER a year. You can gage for yourself the amount of professionalism this place has just by the responses left on these reviews. When I called today he talked with such rude tone & didn't want to listen to anything I was saying. Just kept saying "You came to me for a reason & he's been doing this x amount of years, before I was born" etc. Like I said. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please seek out other options or at least pay attention to the reviews over the last 5years. Lesson learned on my part. ***Also note most of the 5 stars are from people who don't really do reviews. Keep that in mind as well.

Mr. Randall is not an attorney that operates with his clients best interest in mind. He makes that clear while engaging in social media about how he voted against his clients in the general election due to his concerns over immigrants. If you are looking at an immigration attorney, buyer beware.

If it were possible 0 stars! Paying for a service that you end up having to do yourself! I wouldn't recommend anyone who is trying to get their papers from this attorney! He will leave you alone and left out to dry if you are denied and send you unprepared! Speaking from experience! Response to comment. My father was one your clients. After he was denied you dropped his case. He did everything you asked for. And he didn't lie to you what so ever. We worked with you 100% to make sure he'd be able to come back! You just didn't do your job to bring him back. After you dropped his case another lawyer picked up the case and bought my dad home after being left out to dry in Juarez for almost 2 months. Take these ratings as a way to improve yourself and your business! You are here to represent people who pay for a service! Do better!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My Father has had him as his "Attorney" for the past 20+ years and within those years; year after year always had to renew and pay every time and there was still no answer nothing new on his case. Til one day my dad gives up and moves to a different and better Attorney in Texas just to find out that The office of Attorney Jonny V Randall kept taking my Dads money and finding out that there was nothing filed for immigration on my dads name since 2009 and his case opened in 1998. my dad switched attorneys in Fall of 2022 meaning my dad would've had an answer if they would've actually done their job instead of just calling my dad to make payments every time, They're lucky we didn't Sue them because there was more to the situation.! Very Bad Experience with them!!! If You are looking For an Immigration Attorney Please do not Trust this Office with your case! I 100% do not Recommend.
