  Do not recommend working with James. We tried working with him on a prenup but had the following issues: 1. Poor attention to detail: He requested a list of assets to get started. He then sent us back something to sign with the list of assets, in which he had gotten several details wrong (missing accounts, wrong numbers) despite us having sent it correctly in writing. 2. Unresponsive and unreliable: It's been 3+ weeks since we provided what he asked for and we have not heard from him. I've reached out via phone and email but at this point it's clear he's not able to provide the services we discussed. I strongly encourage you to find another more reliable attorney.

  Attorney Kelly helped me with unpaid child support and other post divorce issues. He responded all of my emails/texts immediately . A very professional, knowledgeable and caring lawyer who really looked into each option to help me. His fees were very reasonable.   Hands down the best lawyer i have dealt with. James actually cares about his clients situations and Accommodate their needs. He helped me get visitation of my daughter back quickly despite dealing with covid-19 setbacks with courthouses. I can honestly say he has given me more results and charged far less than any other lawyer I have had in the 5 years dealing with my daughters mother trying to keep me out of her life. I plan on hiring James Kelly in the future if I have any problems in family situations.

  I almost find it difficult to write this review for James Kelly, as no words can express my gratitude for his services. For one, Mr. Kelly took care of my father's will/estate papers with the utmost care and attention. He made it a priority to finish quickly as my father unfortunately did not have much time. Mr. Kelly also helped me with a very difficult divorce. With his extreme professionalism, expert knowledge and understanding the emotional toll it took on me, he patiently guided me thru and worked everything out perfectly. I find James Kelly to be now not only a friend, but even a family member, and definitely my lifelong attorney.

  My Ex was suing me over funds for my daughter's college education. The expectation was that I would pay for all college expenses. With Jim's help we obtained a court order and both parents are now responsible for these expenses. As a result my daughter now has the funds she needs to complete her education. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Jim did a great job guiding me through the legal process and working through the courts to make this happen. Jim was both knowledgeable and responsive through this process. Thanks Jim for a job well done.

  10/2024 5* I worked with Jim for 2 years on a divorce. Though I did not want this. Jim was able to guide me and encourage me through it all. Hope to never need him again. But if I do have something, he will be my first call. I highly recommend Jim to everyone.
