Overall, a pretty good law office. They conducted my home closing and everything that day went smoothly. There was an error with the seller not paying the local taxes, but with some effort, the lawyer made everything right. That's the most important thing to me. At the end of the day, everything worked out. Thanks for your help and your commitment.

The Malmberg Firm LLC is great to work with as a buyer. First transaction: Jan. 2025, DE property, I was in FL - communication was perfect, documents received, signed and closed on time. Second transaction: April 2026, DE property, I was in DE. Karle was very, very pleasant to work with and I was happy to meet her in person. She had to deal with a couple of hiccups (from the seller side) but seemed to take it in stride. And Melissa is always courteous and willing to assist. I called after the second transaction and she emailed the information to me in less than an hour! No question that I will use their service, when needed, in the future.
