  Took over $24k of mine and accomplished absolutely nothing (had to fire them). I had to constantly call and get updates and/or guide the case because they lacked wherewithal about my case. The ONLY person you consistently speak with is Debbie who calls you like clockwork on a monthly basis to collect money (because no matter what there is ALWAYS some kind of charge). Talked a good game at the beginning, but definitely DID NOT DELIVER!

  I called for help, to gain some clarity on my rights since an amazing criminal attorney recommended this firm. The assistant would not let me speak to someone knowledgeable. I asked if she was a paralegal or attorney and she said yes, then she said she was an assistant the first person to answer the phone. She was incredibly rude wow repeating "what do you expect to get out of this" as if I was asking for money. I kept stating that I just wanted to know my rights after being illegally detained downtown.. I have never been in trouble in my life I just wanted to know my rights. She stated that I shouldn't expect to get anything that the lawyers there are $5000+ kept without allowing to speak to someone professional for advice. I just wanted to know my rights.. She then rudely said ugh and proceeded hang up on me.. just unprofessional they probably lose good leads if she is like this normally…

  Nicole and the Quattro Firm delivered results far above my expectations. I've dealt with the Family Courts here in Broward for over a decade now, and as a father, didn't expect much 'change for the better.'
