When a family member of mine was recently dragged into federal court, I was completely lost. I had no idea who to turn to for legal help. Fortunately, I found Richard Rice. Mr. Rice was very patient in explaining the labyrinthine system of the federal courts to myself and my wife. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the law and most importantly was able to speak with me in English, not legalese, which was comforting. Mr. Rice is very responsive, something that cannot be emphasized enough. When you call him, he takes the call. When you email him, he responds to the email promptly. I've found that in communicating with Mr. Rice you never feel like he's distracted with other more important cases.
