Going through a bankruptcy has to be one of the most difficult things to do. It's expensive. It's time-consuming. But, most of all, it's humiliating. Having to admit that you can't meet your financial obligations. Well, I've know Joe for 20+ years and he's always been thoughtful, smart and excellent to work with. Mainly because he listens and treats everyone with respect. You need a guy like Joe in your corner.

Nobody wants to be in the situation to file bankruptcy, but from the moment I walked into the office I knew I was in the right place. Everyone there was understanding and professional, and made me feel as if it would all work out. They patiently worked with me to gather all the information they needed of me. Joseph was expedient with communications, thorough with paperwork and the process, treated me with respect, and fought diligently to help me to overcome all of the obstacles and get the results that I strived for.
