I get everyone has their own experience with them, and honestly I was worried about some of the reviews but when I called today to resolve my credit card debt I had the pleasure of speaking with Hailey (hope I spelled her name right). She was so willing to help me and work with me since I've been in a bad spot financially. If I ever have to deal with any legal, Hailey is who I would go to. Very amazing, very kind, and not rude at all. I am very pleased with my experience.

I want to start off this review by acknowledging Joseph Carmody of Shreiber Law Firm LLC I've made some poor choices in my past and accumulated some debt to where it was placed in collection and I was to appear in court because of a mailing issue I called as soon as I received the summons and Joseph was eager to help he helped me set up my auto payments and very polite and patient with me thanks to him for being an understanding individual and treating me as a human being and not another account that he is just collecting on very helpful respectful and professional

Update: I was able to finally speak with someone at the firm. They did infact respond to my last email on April 6th, however it had gone to my spam folder and i did not see that. Unfortunately they had not responded to my first 2 emails possibly because they were sent to the main email address for the company and not to a specific attorney. I have sent 3 separate emails to this office to discuss an old debt and I have not received a single response back. Who is actually responsible for reviewing emails sent to the main email address and directly to a specific attorney?

Both my son and I have contacted this firm NUMEROUS times in regard to a debt and zero response either by phone or email or directly on the website. Want to pay it off and close it out. But now it's to the point where there is an execution of wages being placed. Which we do not want because of his new job. We just want to handle this now in full. Terrible customer service and communication. How are you supposed pay off a debt if you can't even contact anyone to proceed. This has gone too far now

I had a credit card case and I called and spoke with (I believe her name is Dawn) and she was so kind, non-judgemental and let me know what would happen step by step. I the only reason I knock it 1 star is because I had asked to separate the balance into a few payments which she said would be okay, and then ended up just charging my account the full amount. But overall, I am happy to be rid of a court case, the debt, and the service was better than I expected

I have worked with a few people at Schreiber paying off my debt. All of them were great. But I have to say that Belinda is wonderful. I worked with her down the stretch and she really helped me get to where I am today. Thank you very much.

I had a very disappointing experience with Kim at Schreiber Law Firm. I called with questions about resolving my account, and instead of being helpful, she was rude, arrogant, and spoke to me in a condescending tone. It felt like asking questions was an inconvenience, which made an already stressful situation even more uncomfortable. What also made me uneasy was how unprofessional the payment process felt. I would receive calls from different phone numbers requesting payment, but when I asked for a paper trail or proof of my payments in the past , I was told I couldn't receive receipts by email. For a law firm handling financial matters, I expected clear documentation and transparent communication. Instead, the entire process felt confusing and, honestly, sketchy. If you're dealing with financial issues, the last thing you need is to be treated with disrespect or made to feel uncomfortable for asking questions. Customer service should include professionalism, patience, and transparency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Kim or this law firm. *UPDATED RESPONSE TO REPLY FROM DIRECTOR OF OPERATTIONS* Thank you for your response. I understand you conducted an internal review, and I wouldn't expect anything less than for a business to stand behind its employees when that's the conclusion you've reached. However, that doesn't change my experience as a customer. What stands out to me is that your response never addressed one of my biggest concerns: being unable to receive emailed receipts or any clear paper trail documenting my payments when I requested them. For a law firm handling financial matters, transparency and documentation should be standard. I also couldn't help but notice that many of your responses to negative reviews focus on defending your staff rather than acknowledging or addressing the concerns being raised. Accountability goes a long way in building trust with customers. I'm glad my matter was eventually resolved, but I stand by my rev

Ive talked to many people at the firm and everytime has been super helpful with my account, my debt, very transparent and professional. Today in particular in the early morning I asked for a amount change to my account and the firm approved it. I couldn't tell you how much that made my day. Its been tough in general for all of us especially for who just wants to make ends meat and Schreiber was understanding was very helpful to that so thank you once again team I greatly appriciate it so much. Side note: I understand recorded lines and professionalism is key but at least a laugh or too would be great during some small talk lol. Not a big deal its a legal busniess but sometimes a smile through the phone can make people's days. Regardless, great team all around.
