  This man is a joke of a lawyer. I was instructed to hire him through another law firm. He did nothing for me from the very beginning. The first time I talked to him, he was rude and unprofessional. I knew right away it was a mistake. For a year and a half, I have constantly had to complain to my other law firm about him. That was the only way to get him to do anything. Then in the end he wants my money, which he did nothing to get for me. He said his MAIN CONCERN was for me to get back to work and here I am three months later (after being released to go back) and still not back to work. Then I try to call him back and he is NEVER available!! Don't take my word for it! Just call and talk to his very unpleasant secretary! I can assure you she will says he's unavailable without even checking to see! Haha. If your gonna lie to me, at least put me on hold for a minute. Then lie! I finally talk to him after months of silence, and he's upset that the insurance company AND my doctor didn't keep him informed of anything! They didn't even know he was my lawyer. That's how little he was involved in my case!! He won't represent me now because I didn't sign the paper allowing him to take 20% of the little money that I'm making WITHOUT BEING BACK TO WORK! If he would have fought to get me that money, then I would be happy to pay. But this moron didn't even know I was getting paid for two months. I'm sure he will be trying to sue me for money he didn't earn. But you know it's bad when I'm willing to pay another lawyer MORE money to make him look even worse. It's sad to see lawyers try to take advantage of people that were hurt at work and struggling to make ends meet. Then to be smug and ignorant while doing it just shows what a lowlife he really is.

  Attorney Wallace took on our case already looked over by a previous lawyers ... gave us hope from.our first meeting with him..he is tough.. resilient and never gave up .. he got the results we were looking for ..   I contacted Mr.Wallace, and it was for a small amount for workmen's comp. He hesitated, but decided to help me , because I was a Veteran. It was a slow process. Mr. Wallace did help me get some money, and we are truly thankful. He could have not taken my case, but cared enough to help me get what was entitled to me. He was always kind and caring.

  My husband sustained an injury at work, and after several months of dealing with Worker's Comp, was unfairly denied the surgical treatment that was recommended for him.   My wife and I were faced with unexpected circumstances related to her work injury and subsequent denials of recommended treatment options. We were referred to Mr. Wallace from another highly respected and experienced law firm. Our first consultation was very comfortable and no pressure to move forward with retaining services. However during this consultation Mr. Wallace was on point with what to expect from insurance company representatives moving forward. What Mr. Wallace was unaware of at that time was that several of the circumstances he mentioned to expect had already taken place leaving my wife & I feeling vulnerable and unrepresented.
