Very unprofessional service. Because of their poor communication failure to respond and disorganized process my tax return was not filed on time and I got hit with an IRS penalty of $579.68. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and got no real response. When the issue came up instead of taking responsibility they shifted the blame onto me and claimed they were waiting for "confirmation." That was never made clear in advance and if such confirmation was truly required it should have been communicated properly and documented clearly. In the end I was the one left paying for their mistake. They tried to request penalty relief from the IRS but that changed nothing. The damage was already done. Very disappointing experience. I would not trust this office with important tax deadlines again. *by the way i being working with them for 4 years and every single year after you filled up your taxes forget about your accountant for another year they will not answer 🙂

She is a very kind, responsible, and professional leader. Whenever she is in the office, she always takes the time to check in and make sure everything is going well. The entire team at TM Accountant is professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. They are always up to date with tax changes, help with IRS letters, tax documents, business needs. You can always call, ask questions, and receive clear and respectful answers. I would especially like to mention Shoira, who provides amazing support to the Uzbek community, especially to clients who do not speak English or Russian well. She is very patient, attentive, and always returns calls or messages. Her help is extremely valuable for Uzbek business owners. TM Accountant is a very convenient and trustworthy company.
