Thomas W. Lawless, who founded Lawless & Associates, P.C., has 32 years of experience representing clients. He is a certified creditor's rights specialist, certified in Creditors' Rights Law by the American Board of Certification, and a Certified Rule 31 Mediator. Mr. Lawless is admitted to practice in Tennessee, various U.S. District Courts, U.S. Courts of Appeals, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his J.D. from Nashville School of Law in 1980 and was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1981.
