  Since my review got deleted I'll write it agian with the facts people should know the truth before making decisions. I'm a single Mom got inuried lost my job and other stuff happened in my life during hard times they quit and mock it. Their staff is rude. They suck at communication. They will blame shift not take accountability. They will drop your case. They will lie and make decisions without you knowing. If they can treat a single Mom like crap and disrespect her and rip her off they can do it to anyone.

  I wouldn't recommend this firm to my dog. They will get you to sign a contract and then drop your case. I'm a single Mom that got hurt and lost my job at my lowest. Their staff is also ignorant, and they don't like the communicate with people after you sign a contract.That's when things change. If it wasn't for the clients , they wouldn't have a business and how you can look at a single mom and people and do them wrong , that's disgusting. They also will blame you instead of holding his staff accountable. When you make mistake you say sorry. Jack said going through hard time is no excuse Being a lawyer is no excuse to take advantage of a single mom ,lie, blame shift or be a jerk. He had me sign and changed after. This firm lacks customer service, lacks communication, isn't reliable. They can drop a single Mom and manipulate blame shift not have her best interest at heart then they are in this field for the wrong reason. It takes two seconds to call a client, two seconds to apologize, and clients should be treated with respect. Any field you have to understand customer and accountability why this firm lacks that idk

  I am highly impressed with Turnbull Brockmeyer Law Group. I reached out to them last week regarding a civil matter involving a family member and someone in the community. After communicating with the intake person, I received follow-up calls from both Jack and Adele, who were extremely professional and friendly. Jack's reassurance that the matter should be easily resolved was spot on. Within just nine days, Jack sent me an email confirming the entire matter was resolved and the issue against my family member was completely dismissed. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend their services. Just a follow up note, I learned about TB from being a consistent follower on the social media page. I love all of their updates, information, and reflections about matters in the county and the country. They are also phenomenal about updating citizens about what is going on when there are helicopters circling above, traffic/police matters in the area, and teaching everyone about their civil rights. I love that they share their info on IG, too, that way I can share that information with my teenagers.

  My first time using them, actually just signed on a couple weeks ago with them to help with my work and comp case. In just one week, my case was transferred from another lawyers office , and have been back in physical therapy getting treatment to handle my pain issues that were generally ignored by my last lawyer. So as far as I'm concerned as of now, without even knowing outcomes I give this law firm a 5 star. They have been punctual, caring and assistive. When I went to the office for my first time , everyone was very friendly and also very responsive to helping me. Service with a smoke, I like that a lot. I will be back to post updates for my results. But so far I feel really stupid for not reaching out to these guys first. I actually feel like and know I'm at least cared about here.
