Customer service is horrible I've been trying to get a response back for over 1 month since I've paid $1800 in fees. I've emailed texted called left voice message and still nothing back . At this point I want my money back.

They literally ripped me off!!! I had paid over $1000 dollars into my bankruptcy and when the COVID epic hit I needed a refund and the took all my money an they didn't even do anything but collect my cash cause they wasn't gonna file unless the $1800 was paid in full... scammers please listen to me!!!!!!
