About USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) Nashville

The USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) in Nashville, TN, is a government facility that provides essential biometric services for individuals seeking immigration benefits with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Located at 1400 Donelson Pike, Suite B-13, the center collects fingerprints, photographs, and electronic signatures as part of the immigration application process.

The Nashville ASC operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Appointments for biometric services are scheduled by USCIS, and applicants receive a notice by mail or through their online account. Rescheduling is possible for good cause by contacting the USCIS Contact Center. Military personnel can receive services without an appointment from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

This center serves applicants from middle and eastern Tennessee. It is accessible to people with disabilities, and parking is available on-site. The facility's primary role is to collect biometrics; it does not accept direct application filings, nor does it provide case-specific information or other related services beyond biometric collection. Information regarding office closings due to weather or facility issues is available on the USCIS website, and appointments are automatically rescheduled in such events. The USCIS website, which provides information for the center, is also available in Spanish.

Staff are unhelpful, the exact reason why public sector is given such a bad reputation. Lazy and unwilling.

Never got back with a live agent to speak with. Answered questions, and never got back with live person. Very unprofessional not answering the call. This is just another example of government failure to work the way it should be. Maybe they need to close that site!

They were very friendly and helpful. However, they should have a printing facility closeby on payment basis. It would help a lot.

The security staff and facility observer were extremely rude and intimidating, even toward children. I also witnessed comments being made about people who struggled to understand English, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate. Thankfully, the receptionist and the gentleman who handled the biometrics appointment were kind, professional, and willing to help people.

DO NOT try to walk in because they don't allow anyone in other than scheduled time, not even a day advance. I accidentally remembered my scheduled date wrong and got there one day early, the security lady there was super unaccepting. There was a guy ahead of me and he was turned away for being 45 min away, and they had him wait outside until right around the exact appointment time. Other staff members are quite kind though once you get inside
