Very bad experience. Horrible customer service. After having to call myself because they can't pick up a phone and do it themselves I finally got an appointment scheduled. It took me over a month to get a response and that appointment. I needed my case looked at and finalized before school started but that didn't happen. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

My mother had a difficult case, she had been to 3 different attorneys for a period of 15 years that only gave her false promises. The law office of Rafael Velez was our last shot. He took the time to listen, guided her, and was realistic about the case and the possibilities. It took two years but she was able to obtain her residency. At the end of the final immigration interview while in Memphis Rafael Velez cried and hugged us all and I have never seen an attorney become human with his clients. My family and I are very thankful. He went far and beyond for my mother's case.

I am an American born citizen who was fighting to get my wife legal status for the U.S. After over $8000 in legal fees and over 2 years my wife is now banned from the US for 10 years. He lost my case. We filed an appeal and he lost that too, This case should have been an easy case for I am an natural born American citizen. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Horrible!!!! He sent my parents out and told them they would definitely be back in no more then 6 months! He had said also that we owed 11K for both my parents and said they could resume paying after they got back. While they were still out they didn't owe a dime. My mother passed while in Mexico, and my dad was banned for 10 years! And now me and my siblings have received Bill's from him asking to pay what he said my parents could resume paying once back! We ARE NOT PAYING 1 PENNY!! Seeing as how 1 parent is NEVER coming back, and the other we will only be able to see about once a year! DO NOT GO SEE THIS FALSE LAWYER!!!

Do not waste your money. He told me that we could get my parents status fixed and after years and after we paid thousands he said it would take a very long time. And now wants to recharge me everything like it was a new case. When from the start he should be upfront.
