Repeatedly, couldn't confirm up front fee's except for filing fee's. Then once your denied here comes these random charges that are that aren't listed under fee's. It's a Complete Scam. Don't File, unless you want to be overcharged. On my Bill, the charges are not present under fee's, which are categorized under Additional information. Untrustworthy!

⚖️ Public Notice — Accountability & Oversight Concerns: Ohio Court of Appeals, Tenth District This statement is made in good faith and in the public interest to highlight systemic irregularities and oversight concerns involving the Ohio Court of Appeals, Tenth District, and related state and federal judicial offices. Multiple publicly filed cases raise serious procedural and constitutional issues affecting whistleblower protections, disability rights, and equal access to justice. The public record reflects a pattern of unresolved due-process questions and inconsistent handling of case filings and evidence, which have now been elevated to federal and national attention. Key public-record matters include, but are not limited to: Appeal Nos. 23AP-670 and 23AP-671 (civil rights and employment retaliation matters reversed and remanded for further review); Appeal Nos. 24AP-193, 24AP-274, 24AP-298, and 24AP-505 through 24AP-528, each involving allegations of procedural irregularities, delayed dockets, or conflicting journal entries; Related federal filings in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio addressing the same underlying whistleblower and constitutional claims. These filings collectively raise questions of: • Proper case-assignment and docket management; • Protection of whistleblowers and self-represented litigants; • Equal application of state and federal civil-rights laws, including Title VII, the ADA, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983; and • The need for transparent public reporting and external oversight. This notice does not accuse any judge or clerk of crimes, but calls for independent federal and legislative review to ensure that Ohio's appellate courts operate with full integrity, impartiality, and accountability. Citizens, journalists, and oversight bodies are urged to examine these case numbers and to follow the pending federal proceedings for the sake of justice, public safety, and constitutional governance.
