My experience with Tahmina and her team was amazing. The process was really smooth and I felt well informed from start to finish. As an American Citizen, I highly recommend Watson Immigration Law firm.

I had a consultation with her regarding an immigration issue. She assured me afterwards her team would be in touch. She never contacted me again (about a month passed). I had to reach out to her, and after I did she merely referred me to a different lawyer after having paid the ~$300 Fee. She was professional, however I would have preferred to receive that referral much sooner.

Watson Immigration Law (WIL) & the team will deliver an experience you won't forget! Since the inception of our professional relationship, I've gotten nothing but honest advise and accurate information regarding my particular case. This is a team that stays on top of your case and will make sure things get done with friendly reminders and homework to ensure details aren't miss. I've had the pleasure to exclusively use WIL for my immigration cases for the past six years. I have personally recommended her services to my friends and family. Give them a call! - You'll be received warmly

Amazing caring people who will go above and beyond to help you. My family and I have been working with Tahmina and the Watson Immigration Law team over the last couple of years for both our personal immigration needs and for our business. I could not recommend them more. Our process to permanent residency was complex and drawn out but Tahmina and her whole team was there for us and with us the whole way. They know the laws, the system and the process and will do everything they can to help you navigate the complexities of the immigration system. I cannot thank them enough and will be working with them in the future!

My husband and I are really pleased with their consultation service. Tahmina Watson was very professional and informative. She is a good listener. She attentively answeres each of our query and advised what are our options. What I like the most is she was very respectful of the time and made it worthwhile by focusing on our questions and answering in the time frame. I will surely go back to her should we need any immigration processing or consultations and I highly recommend her to others as well!

The level of professionalism from the staff is remarkably underwhelming. The attorney appears far more committed to attending social events than to providing attentive, responsible care to her clients. If the team devoted even a fraction of that energy to their cases, the overall experience might actually resemble competent legal service.

I had an extremely poor experience with Watson Immigration Law before the consultation even took place. I contacted the firm for a paid consultation about a technical, time-sensitive F-1/SEVIS immigration issue. Because the issue involved detailed legal scenarios, I made clear before paying that I needed a reliable way to preserve the advice accurately. I first asked about a transcript. The firm said they could not provide one. I then asked whether I could record the Zoom consultation myself solely for personal note-taking. They refused. I then asked about a written summary. At that point, I was told in writing that, "for this one time," the attorney would be able to share the transcript of the call. Based on that representation, I paid the $280 consultation fee. After I paid, the attorney reversed/corrected that statement and said they would not provide the full transcript after all, only a summary. When I tried to clarify whether the summary would be specific and useful enough to address the actual questions I had raised, the firm did not agree to that condition. Instead, they cancelled/refunded the consultation. This was a deeply frustrating and unprofessional intake process. For a client dealing with a high-stakes immigration-planning issue, the difference between a transcript and a vague summary is not minor. It directly affects whether the consultation is usable. I should not have been told one thing before payment and another thing after payment. They offered a refund. But offering a refund does not erase the wasted time, confusion, and poor handling of a technical consultation request. In my view, this firm's intake process was disorganized, rigid, and not client-centered. I would not recommend Watson Immigration Law to anyone.
