  My siblings and I who are all US citizens learned that we have legal right to obtain German naturalization due to my mother being expelled from Germany during the holocaust. The law specifically is jus sanguine. We attempted multiple times to obtain the necessary documentation, but it was extremely difficult so we decided we wanted a lawyer to assist us. After receiving high quotes from various sources, we sought a German lawyer specifically who quoted a very reasonable rate. Martin Weinhardt took our case and within four to five months acquired all necessary documents in order to fulfill being able to obtain German naturalization. Martin communicated regularly with updates on status and answered many of my questions. I highly recommend Martin should you need anything pertaining to German law. All in all, he did an outstanding job. As of the time of this review I have both German and US citizenship.

  Thanks to Martin and his firm, I was finally able to obtain my German citizenship after 42 years. I k ew my father was born there in 1940, but the family was never really able to prove it. Thanks to the diligence and professionalism of Martin and his team, this was a stress and hassle free process once I hired him. As for the rates, I believe they are very reasonable and fair. Honestly, for this to finally all come to be, I would have gladly paid double the price (going by the headache it was for the last 42+ years.) I go to the Consulate on the 16th for my appointments. I don't believe any of this would ha e become a reality for my family if it weren't for Weinhardt & Associates. Thank you so much!
