I paid them for several transactions in the past, needed a courtesy signing on a property out of area of the area and the quoted $150. Will take my business elsewhere.

Had a simple transaction for a lot sale and Katie never took the time to explain the details to me, and when we went to sign she apologized but stated, "I have trouble explaining title issues to someone that doesn't know about the process" That says it all. Wife and I were both disgusted when we left
