  Can't say enough great things about this firm. Especially Joy Davis, her paralegal and the entire staff are professional, friendly and diligent for their clients. You can tell they genuinely care about your situation and work tirelessly for you. Communication is excellent and case preparation is top notch. Would give 10 stars if I could. Definitely the best lawyer(s) in town and worth every penny.

  My initial interaction with Grace, the paralegal, was very positive. She was kind, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. She explained that Attorney Trevor White was out of town for the week and assured me she would discuss my case with him upon his return and have him contact me the following week. Unfortunately, that callback never came. After another week passed without communication, I called the office multiple times over several days and left messages that were never returned. Eventually, I reached another staff member who transferred me to Attorney White's voicemail. After expressing my concerns about the lack of communication, I quickly received a call scheduling a phone consultation with him. During our conversation, Attorney White explained that the office had been experiencing problems with a new phone system and that many voicemails had not been coming through properly. I understood that technical issues can happen, and we discussed my case in detail. He assured me that someone would review the matter and that he would personally call me back later that week with an update. That callback never came either. After more time passed, I followed up again and eventually spoke with him a second time. He stated that someone was actively reviewing my case that very day and promised to call me back the next day. Once again, no call ever came, and another full week passed without any communication. I can understand occasional technical problems, but repeated failures to follow through on promises are unacceptable, especially when someone is dealing with a serious legal matter during an already difficult time. Communication and reliability are two of the most important qualities in an attorney, and unfortunately that was not my experience here. As of writing this review, I still have not received any meaningful follow up. Going through a tragedy is difficult enough. Feeling forced to pursue legal action is even harder. Having an attorne
