Extremely hard to get ahold of. NEVER answers his phone, emails, texts or letters. In the middle of my divorce case HIS LICENSE WAS REVOKED. NEVER will I ever recommend William Green to anyone. Worst lawyer in the books. Only putting 1 star because I have to put something in order to post this. Don't waste you're time or money on William green.

Terrible, never answered calls or returned my messages. You will never hear from him until 5 minutes before your trial and in trail he will throw you under the bus for the work he didn't do. All he does is walks his clients into jail! We regret ever hiring Attorney Will Green and would advise you not to as well.

This is long but before you call this person, you must read I used this attorney 10 years ago and after all was said and done, things that needed to be listed were missed, things were categorized wrong, and he was just rude and stopped taking my calls not long after he was paid. What happened was our mortgage was sold and the new company said we were behind and kept trying to foreclose. We saw no way but to file for bankruptcy to protect us and he advised us to do a chapter 13, but to only make one payment to "buy us time to fix the mortgage" and if it was not taken care of by the time our case was dismissed for non payment, we would file a chapter 7 and reaffirm on the house and any other secured debts. We looked to him to advise us because we didn't know what to do. I never thought he would charge us his full cost for both of the bankruptcies since we had given him all of the info he needed for both when we filed the chapter 13 and it was on his advice we did that. Lesson learned, ASK. But he could have and should have told us we would have to pay both fees in full when he advised we do it that way. Plus he knew why we filed and that we intended on paying our secured debts in full which is what brings us to the present. I got divorced and I took the house. I had a title search done when I decided to look into selling the house and to my surprise, there was a 10k lien on the deed to the house. I grabbed my bankruptcy folder and notebook and the account in question was in question back then as well. I told the lender what we were doing and why and that I was aware they would be unable to contact me so to file a proof of claim and I would not contest it. That never happened and I brought it up several times to Atty Green with his answer which was to tell me they couldn't collect on an unsecured debt, which was how that debt was listed in my papers,so I could pay them but I didn't have to. Either way they legally could not talk to me and I don't know if Atty Gree

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! One of the many reasons I'm saying this is because Green tried to serve the other party, but sent it to the wrong address MULTIPLE times even though I gave him the other party's address multiple times! One of the times he even sent the server to MY address instead of the other party's address. Best part is, he NEVER even got the other party served! He's terrible at replying to messages and he doesn't do what he says he's going to do. The best way I can describe William Green is like a Chihuahua... All bark and NO bite! He promised me a bunch of things in my case and didn't deliver on any of it! He was such a bad lawyer, I ended up withdrawing my motion because of his incompetence. I have never written a review on anything or anyone, but he's SO BAD, if I can save another person time and money, it's worth it. DO NOT CHOOSE WILLIAM GREEN TO REPRESENT YOU! Trust me!

Will has dealt with both my custody case as well as my wife's custody case. In both cases we were able to call Will at any time and discuss our situation. At times he pushed a lot harder than I wanted him to, but that is the nature of trying to get what you actually want. Will has dealt with a lot of grief in regards to both of our cases. Especially mine which lasted 5 YEARS, due to the other party, very poor attorney ad-litems, and the lack of court ordered in home visits. Not even the CPS would do one, after the multiple times they became involved in the case. If at any point in time someone would have cared about my child as much as Will, things would've been completely different. He has been very accepting of our financial condition, and willing to work on payments when and how we can afford them. Hopefully Will has the energy to work as hard for you as he has for us.
