I reached out to the firm and explained my case and financial situation in the "pre-consultation" call. They recommended a $600 consultation call where I learned that my Attorney would be charging $545 an hour and wouldn't be leaning on a Paralegal to help with the paperwork. $7,500 minimum retainer, which my attorney claimed wouldn't even cover two emergency hearings to reinstate my support payments and request an immediate custody change due to negligence. I am grateful that my lawyer was able to piece mail a proposal letter to my ex, and that he fielded my very combative exes emails on his weekend. My contention with this firm is that they knew my very limited financial situation before recommending the $600 consultation. I spent $990 for their assistance and got nowhere because, as I had explained in the pre-consult call, my ex is combative, manipulative and plays games . I bring home $25,000 a year, which they knew, and to get nowhere and lose that much money is further damaging to my situation.

This firm is a masterclass in sleaze—flashy promises up front, endless billing in the middle, and nothing to show for it at the end. Trevor Creel is the worst of it: a clock-watcher who racks up fees while doing the bare minimum. When it mattered most, he didn't just cave—he flat-out surrendered. I came in with a reasonable offer, and instead of fighting for his client, he rolled over like it was his job to make my life easier. If you want to throw your money away on someone who folds under pressure, hire him. Otherwise, run the other direction.

I was in need of an attorney that was very well versed in the military rules and retirement. I was happy to find the Willick Law Group and for them to accept my case. They have helped me in completing my portion of the retirement with my ex. Thank you Willick Law Group for the utmost professional and all the staff was very kind and easy to work with.

Never once even spoke to a lawyer despite repeated requests and paying over one thousand dollars. . Terms in my QDRO I did not understand were never explained. They would not even do me the courtesy of letting me know where to mail the orders. Worst customer service ever. If you want to talk to an actual lawyer, don't hire this firm. You will be completely ignored.

I apologize for not posting this review sooner—my custody case was over a year ago—but I feel it is very important to share my experience because I cannot recommend Marshall Willick and his team highly enough. Mr. Willick represented me in a highly emotional and stressful termination of parental rights case due to the father's prolonged absence from my child's life. From the very beginning, Mr. Willick demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism, confidence, and legal expertise. He was strategic, deeply knowledgeable, and exceptionally articulate in his communication, which immediately gave me reassurance during the most difficult period of my life. My primary concern throughout the case was protecting my 3½-year-old son, who has autism and ADHD. Maintaining consistency, structure, and routine was absolutely critical, as any disruption could have had a serious emotional and psychological impact on him. Mr. Willick understood the sensitivity and importance of this from the outset and ensured these concerns were clearly and effectively presented at every stage of the litigation. In the courtroom, Mr. Willick consistently demonstrated his command of the law and his ability to advocate with precision and clarity. During one hearing, opposing counsel attempted to interrupt his presentation, but the judge intervened and allowed Mr. Willick to continue because he was addressing the matter in a focused, efficient manner aligned with what the court needed. That moment reflected not only his credibility, but the respect he commands in the legal setting. Throughout the case, I devoted a tremendous amount of effort to gathering extensive documentation, including medical records, school records, therapy records, character references, and other supporting evidence. Mr. Willick was incredibly thorough in reviewing everything, clearly distinguishing what was essential, what would strengthen the case, and what was not necessary for trial. His ability to streamline the cas

They represented me for about 2 weeks, charged me $10,000, and are still claiming I owe more than double what I initially paid. I am writing this to warn others. In urgent legal situations, clients are vulnerable, and in my experience this firm charged excessive and unjustified fees while providing no value. Their billing practices and lack of transparency were unacceptable. Work was performed without my authorization, while other tasks required approval. During that time, they submitted one motion that did nothing for my case. Nothing. Their billing included multiple attorneys, paralegals, a case manager, and a new attorney in training, Joshua Lovelady, despite my request not to have inexperienced staff assigned. I repeatedly requested billing explanations and documentation, but they were not provided. After requesting clarification, I received an email from the firm administrator, Faith Fisher, stating: "STOP. Do not continue to engage." The attorneys who later took over my case resolved everything successfully without the issues this firm claimed required extensive "fixing." The initial consultation cost $600. Mr. Willick appeared unprepared and uninterested. His hourly rate is $700 p/ hr and I only retained the firm due to urgency and having no other options available at the time. I found both Mr. Willick and the office administrator to be rude and unprofessional in their communication. I also did not feel the service matched the firm's repeated claims of being "the best." I retained the Willick Law Group in Las Vegas, Nevada, and have been extremely dissatisfied with the quality of their services. Over a period of 26 months, I paid more than $10,600, yet observed minimal progress and results on my case. The attorney assigned to my matter, Trevor Creel, consistently demonstrated a lack of familiarity with the specifics of my case, despite serving as the lead attorney for over two years. This was both frustrating and unacceptable. Throughout this time, Mr. Creel and his team repeatedly delayed my case without providing clear results, even though their fees were fully paid. I have submitted two grievances to the State Bar and am preparing a third. The firm has since withdrawn from my case without a clear explanation, providing two different reasons for their withdrawal, including an admission that they were unable to achieve any results for the substantial fees paid. Additionally, I believe the firm has neglected its fiduciary duties by withdrawing funds for services without my written or verbal authorization, as required by the retainer agreement. I expected professional, diligent, and ethical representation, but my experience fell short of those standards. Based on my interactions, I would never recommend the Willick Law Group or Trevor Creel to anyone seeking competent legal assistance. As a senior citizen, I feel I have been taken advantage of and exploited. I am committed to seeking a resolution to these concerning and unethical practices.
