This Law Office is predatory with their consulting as Attorney Zakre is blatantly intentional in her long-winded delivery of advice as the rate is hourly. Edit: in response to the reply below, again, this is a predatory misrepresention. I was charged $59.50 for 36 minutes. Those additional 6 minutes were unnecessary in regards to the advice being communicated

We had a positive experience with attorney Sheila Zakre, who supported us with legal advice for a family Special Needs Trust, eventually guiding us to a firm that specialized in SNTs to manage the trust.

Awful service. I took the time to fill out the information regarding disability, I was seeking options and help to gear me in the right direction, but I was met with a rude phone call when I honestly felt like they could help. I asked why she wasn't interested in working with me, and she wouldn't tell me the reason. And said she didn't want to get into that. She did offer to go over/ talk about my case for her normal rate of $325 an hour, which why would I when clearly professionalism is an issue! Her doing something like not explaining the reason is potentially dangerous as she makes you feel like you aren't worth anything. I'm now left in a very upset state because of her lack of professionalism.

I have used Sheila Zakre Law Office Twice in the last 2 years and have had nothing but the best representation. She answered all my questions about my appeals, she got back to me quickly and always kept me updated on where we were at in the case. Sheila is very knowledgeable and professional and I wouldn't even think of another attorney if I needed one again. I would call Sheila in a heartbeat. I'm very happy with both outcomes of my cases and that Sheila fought hard for me. Five stars everyday!

This review is based solely on my personal experience. I didn't feel truly heard. The appointment started late. I left feeling my parental concerns were somewhat dismissed at times during this meeting.
