  If I could give negative stars I would. I paid him to assist with a bankruptcy. Initially I was told a Chapter 7 would work. It somehow didn't and then I paid him to convert it to a Chapter 13. It got thrown out of court and I still have it on my credit history. If he couldn't do the bankruptcy he should have said so from the beginning, but my understanding is that he failed to do the appropriate paperwork. Of course, being a lawyer, he had me sign away any right to file complaint against him so...

  Truly fair in is pricing, honest with you from the start, friendly and non judgemental, efficient and straight to the point. Overall I was glad to have found his law office. He didn't charge me for the first consultation which a lot of law offices in Manhattan do. This especially was important to me because it said to me he is going to take the time to make sure he can help you before he charges you anything. If you are going through a divorce, he is deffinetly a good lawyer to hire.

  Extremely helpful and polite on our phone call. Mr. Kuhn took way more time than he needed to make sure I understood everything. I learned a lot and he gave me advice to avoid having to pay legal fees unnecessarily. He will be my first phone call if I need help in the future. Thank you!

  I came to his office for help and assistance for my debt situation and bankruptcy was the best solution after going over all options. Mr Stremel answered all questions I had for him. I basically put everything on the table and asked him for help. He was very straight forward and gave me some answers and solutions. I have seen two other Attorneys and I felt he was the one I can trust and feel comfortable to handle my bankruptcy case. He was always available to talk to you unlike other attorneys who I had to wait or make appointment to even ask couple of questions. I would highly recommend Mr. STREMEL to who really are seeking for help. I will post another review when it's all done and complete.

  I used Mark Stremel for my bankruptcy and I have been very pleased with the amount of help I have received in this process.   Mark along with his entire team are simply awesome! Due to a poor choice in a business partner a few years back I was forced into bankruptcy, something I thought could never happen to me. So I was a pretty young man who had never dealt with anything like this before, but talking to Mark for just five minutes felt like 1,000,000 pounds lifted off my shoulders. In my opinion his office has to be one of the best in the area! And what I've heard from a few friends of mine, he is even cheaper than most. Will definitely recommend Mark Stremmel to anyone having to go through anything like this!
