  We hired this guy and he was genuinely horrible. Not only did he make several mistakes preparing the memorandum, but getting him on the phone takes hours, even days. We found out he also didn't even find a pending charge, which led to a very avoidable arraignment. When we finally were informed of the issue, we called Adam, and it's been 5 days and he hasn't responded. He literally left us hanging. It goes without saying that if this doesn't make him incompetent enough, Adam charged us for hours which were covered under our legal plan, and has refused to return the money. He has literally stolen from us. Stay away from this pitiful excuse of an attorney.

  Anytime I needed legal advice, Mr. Silverstein responded to my email immediately. It's been a few years since I've last reached out but I know I can reach out anytime and he would look out for my best interest and provide me with the best legal advice. I trust and recommend him.

  He flat out does not return calls or emails. His assistant will take a message but you'll hear nothing back for weeks if at all. It put me in a tough position with my family

  I wish I could give him negative 100!!! Adam is an incompetent lawyer and doesn't not communicate effectively. I specifically told him to consult with me before charging me for any tasks and he still charged me for tasks performed without consulting me. I had to call and chase him several times to get details of my case and understand the progress. He was rude and did not keep my interests in mind. I made a huge mistake by paying the retainer amount and he was not worth that money at all!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! In addition, he has read this review and has threatened me to remove it or he will respond publicly or go to court. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!!

  Scam!! Stay away!!!! Adam Silverstein sold me a dream!! Before giving him 5,000 we had an agreement before hand but he is not concerned with winning your case he just wants his money.He kept trying to convince me to settle with something that was NOT part of the original agreement. This man lacks communication I had to email his brother to reach him on multiple occasions. What he did should be illegal. I honestly had better results with free lawyers but I wanted to win my case for certain. I
