  "I had a very disappointing experience with this lawyer. Initially, he came across as friendly and interested in my case, but over time, it became clear that he was not providing accurate information or the professional service I expected. At some point, I found out that my case had been handed over to another office without my knowledge, which was quite shocking. I feel that this lawyer is more interested in taking money than in genuinely helping clients. I would caution others to be very careful and do thorough research before hiring him."

  When me wife and I thought her case would not yield any result, a friend referred me to Mr. Alan Pollack, we visited his office. When we got there, he reviewed my wife's letter sent by USCIS, and gave us a some hope that we can make it happen if only my wife and I can get the info requested. We did what he said and to our surprise. Prior to Mr. Alan Pollack we visited another immigration lawyer who initially advised us to go start all over again, that's there nothing that can be done.   I was originally referred to this practice for immigration issues to be handled by Mr. Frank, Mr. Pollack's partner. When Mr. Frank retired, I began working with Mr. Pollack. This is the first time in my interaction with an attorney that I did not feel I was being overcharged, ignored and had no input to my legal issues. Mr. Frank has always been professional, gave good advice and on occasion bent over backwards to make sure I was being served legally in a timely and competent manner. In particular on one occasion he personally contacted the immigration office manager to see us when we were shut out by the office security for timing of our visit. Anyone who needs immigration law representation, I fully recommend Mr. Frank without hesitation to handle the issue.
