I do not recommend it to anyone for family cases, they do not give way to your case and are not responsible.

Had case for a year and never completed anything. When we finally had enough and pulled case they refused to give us back our money that would have been used to file actual case

They don't let you know nothing ! Their words are indecisive and they don't send paper work promptly . I understand that there are a lot of customers they are dealing with but I wish that the people would mean more than the money . They are willing to send messages continually regarding payments but if you have time to request payments then you should have time to instruct people about their case . Also they will tell people their case is being processed, when in reality the are taking the money and not doing their job . I received a letter from NVC and they said they haven't heard from my lawyer in over a year and that the lawyers were not even working on the case . Be aware of this company because they take your money and that is all !

If you're looking to open a case with them this is your sign not to!! They are unreliable and take no accountability. I came to them for a simple DACA renewal and they turned it into nearly a 3 month process. Every time i call asking for an update they have no reasonable answers for me! If you want them as your lawyer, youre better off not having one. A simple waste of your time and money. If i could give them 0 stars i would.
